Hello Ralston Families and Friends!!

Ralston is very excited and happy to host its second annual Career Fair!  This Career Fair is the culminating event of a school wide career development program that Ralston has recently implemented.  Students discover and explore their Character Strengths in 6th grade, take a Career Interest Inventory in 7th grade, and learn about their values and how it can guide their career choice in 8th grade.

We have recruited professionals in varying careers that will be able to share real-life experiences and information pertaining to their career.  This will be a valuable event for students to be able to ask questions and learn more about a career they may, or may not, want to pursue!

Here are the details:

When: Monday, June 11th during 5th and 6th periods (1:09-3:03 pm)

Who: 8th Graders

Where: Ralston MUR

PBIS Presents

May Students of the Month

The Ralston Student of the Month is sponsored by Ralston PBIS – Positive Behaviour, Intervention and Supports. This award is given to students who have been nominated by staff members as being individuals who go above and beyond when exemplifying our RAMS acronym.

Ralston Students of the Month are Responsible, Accountable, Mindful and Supportive. Students who have been selected as reward recipients demonstrate what it means to be RAMS inside and outside of the classroom environment at Ralston. PBIS at Ralston aims to support and reward students who exhibit positive behavior.  This creates a safe and academically productive climate for all students on our campus.

It is with great pride that these students have been selected.
