National Blue Ribbon

The National Blue Ribbon Schools Program is a United States Department of Education award program that recognizes exemplary public and non-public schools on a yearly basis. Using standards of excellence evidenced by student achievement measures, the Department honors high-performing schools and schools that are making great strides in closing any achievement gaps between students.

California Distinguished School

California Distinguished School Program honors some of California's most exemplary and inspiring public schools. Schools selected for the Distinguished School Award demonstrate significant gains in narrowing the achievement gap. Schools are awarded for achieving exceptional student performance for two consecutive school years or closing the achievement gap between two school years. More information can be found here
